Scilabubs ‘frosters’ cryo jacket have been specially developed to provide protection and comfort against accidental splashes of cryogenic materials including Liquid Nitrogen, LNG & LPG.  Our jacket are widely used in the oil and gas industry for distribution of ultra-cold / cryogenic materials.

The special outer layer is waterproof (resistant to condensation) yet remains breathable so as not to become clammy, while the high efficiency insulation reduces excessive bulk and therefore provides greater mobility. The jacket has a front central Velcro fastening strip with additional Velcro fastenings on the cuffs and features a useful inside pocket. Please note the hood is sewn on at the point of manufacture and cannot be added or removed at a later date.
